Getting Started with Oxagen

By Oxagen Team

  • Onboarding
  • Integrations

Oxagen becomes useful as soon as it has a few key connections. Here’s how to get going.

1. Create your account

Sign up at oxagen.ai. You’ll get a personal workspace (Consumer Tenant) where your data stays private and only you have access.

2. Connect the basics

The more you connect, the smarter the system gets. We recommend starting with:

  • Email (Gmail or Outlook) — confirmations, receipts, and context
  • Calendar (Google or Outlook) — so trips and meetings are linked to the right expenses
  • Finances (Plaid) — bank and card data for spending and budgets
  • Photos (e.g. Google Photos) — receipt photos and visual context

Each connection is secured and used only to build your ontology and run your workflows.

3. Let the ontology build

Once data is flowing, Oxagen’s AI starts classifying and linking: trips, meetings, receipts, people, and goals. You don’t have to tag everything yourself. Give it a few days of normal use and the map will get richer.

4. Try the first commands

  • Ask: “What are my top priorities today?” (calendar + tasks + goals)
  • Ask: “Make an expense report for my last business trip.”
  • Ask: “How much did I spend on [person/category] this month?”

You can also run pre-built workflows like the Daily Briefing or Receipt Classifier from the app.

5. Add more as you go

When you’re ready, add cloud storage, more calendars, or commerce integrations. The same ontology grows with you—one map, one place to ask and act.

Welcome to Oxagen. We’re glad you’re here.
