The role

  • Join as a true founding operator — product, ops, developer experience, customer calls, and whatever unblocks the graph.
  • We care more about slope than resume pedigree: show us commits, launches, or revenue you personally moved.
  • Work directly with leadership on ontology-backed agent infrastructure — Neo4j-shaped problems, MCP-shaped surfaces.

What you’ll do

  • Ship weekly: prototypes, docs, integrations, or the unglamorous glue that makes beta customers successful.
  • Turn ambiguous “make the agent smarter” asks into typed graph models, evals, and measurable wins.
  • Represent Oxagen in technical threads — Discord, GitHub, sometimes a customer’s Slack — with clarity and speed.

What we’re looking for

  • Builders who default to action: you’ve started things without a committee, and finished them without a hero narrative.
  • Comfort with long, intense stretches when we’re closing a release — and judgment about when to rest.
  • Bonus: TypeScript or Python depth, graph or data-modeling intuition, prior startup 0→1, or serious OSS footprint.
