- Design and execute channel strategy for Oxagen — consultancies, MSPs, regional SI’s, and platform partners.
- Translate a technical ontology product into partner-enablement: decks, trainings, deal registration, and co-selling motion.
- Work with founders on pricing, packaging, and the stories partners repeat in front of CIOs.
What you’ll build
- Partner pipeline: recruit, qualify, and grow a small set of high-leverage relationships first.
- Repeatable onboarding: certification-light, artifact-heavy — partners should sell a crisp wedge.
- Forecast and reporting that leadership trusts — conservative early, aggressive as repeatability shows up.
Profile
- You’ve owned or co-owned channel / alliances for B2B tech — bonus if infra, data, security, or AI-adjacent.
- You’re comfortable in technical discovery calls; you don’t disappear when the diagram goes on the whiteboard.
- You’d rather have five committed partners than fifty logos on a slide.
Role is planned — we’re collecting conversations with people who’ve built partner-led growth before the full search kicks off.
